How I Work.
My coaching sessions are interactive and I incorporate plenty of space for you to think. You will be able to work through and untangle confusing thoughts, find better ways to handle emotions, and you will have the option of engaging in mindfulness, breathwork, and yoga to bring clarity and calm. As a Mindful Coach, I’m not just here to listen—I create a safe, welcoming space where you can openly share what’s on your mind. I encourage you to think creatively and help you express your thoughts and feelings in a way that feels clear and true to you.

With a little guidance, the right toolkit and a goal to focus on, you will feel more confident, happier and more empowerd to problem solve. You will be able to grasp the knowledge you need to think through a situation clearly and most importantly, how to make it better.

First session
In this first session we establish positive connections and start to build a picture of what the concerns are. We explore what confidence looks like, strengths and areas for development. We will discuss goals, beliefs and values and start the path to discovery.
Future sessions
The next set of sessions can now be booked. We will continue to explore goals and work together to create a step by step plan of action towards the goals set which will be regularly reviewed.
