A little something about me

With over 15 years of experience in the education sector, I've had the privilege of shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning. My passion lies in working with individuals and making a positive difference in their lives, both academically, personally and professionally.

Prior to my career in teaching, I spent several years in investment banking, where I gained valuable insights into financial management, investment strategies, and client relations. However, my heart led me to pursue an alternative path focused on education and child development.

​

In addition to my role as an educator, I have been a qualified yoga practitioner for 7 years and more recently have achieved a Level 2 Qualified Coach status from Barefoot Coaching, endorsed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I firmly believe in the importance of nurturing, not only academic excellence, but also personal and emotional well-being. Through coaching techniques, mindful practices and yoga, I encourage clients to navigate challenges with resilience, cultivate a sense of inner peace, and enhance their overall well-being.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I am a mum of two wonderful children. Balancing the demands of motherhood with my career as an educator and Mindful Coach keeps me busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way. My family fuels my passion for making a difference in the lives of others, driving me to create a positive impact in both my professional and personal life.
